How do I return an item?

 At Alamia,Inc., your satisfaction is important to us and our return policy is simple: - All returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase with its original invoice in its original box and MUST BEun-used. There will be NO returns on machines, equipment, etc... that have been filled with gas/ will bee handled by your local Dealer as M.F.G Warranty. No returns on special orders. A special order is a product, merchandise, equipment, etc. that is not displayed on Alamia web-site. - All returns MUST be shipped and pre-paid by the customer. - Merchandise returned to us for any reason MUST have a prior Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, if you send your order back without this (RGA) number, we will not accept your return and it will sent back to you. Alamia, Inc. will issue a full refund for the price of returned merchandise, less the shipping cost from Alamia and a 15% restock fee, to you; if the return meets these conditions. Please Note: We will refund shipping costs if it is the result of our error. - There will be freight charges (going to and coming back) and a 15% restocking fee if order is cancelled after it has been shipped. Also Note: Customers should open and check merchandise immediately upon receipt of the package(s). If the package(s)arrives damaged, please notify the delivery person immediately. Alamia must be notified of any shortage or damaged merchandise within 2-days from the delivery date of package(s).
